Before we jump into the course, let’s take a moment to look at the basic things you need to remember when you start writing your email.

  • Identify The Goal Of Your Email – why are you writing this email?
  • Consider The Audience – who should receive the email, and should it be a formal or informal email?
  • Keep Your Email Concise – short, clear, and straightforward; the recipient should immediately understand what you are trying to accomplish
  • Proofread Your Emails – there are various grammar tools that you can use to help you sound professional.
  • Use Proper Etiquette – be polite and friendly, and remember to start and sign your email off.
  • And a critical one is that you should
  • Remember To Follow Up – people forget to reply to emails.
